You can’t opt out of paper-free banking right now

Sorry, it’s after the opt-out date, so it’s too late to stop your accounts going paper-free.

But don’t worry -  we’ll send you an email once it’s happened, and after that you can change back to get things by post at any time.

You’ll be able to change your settings from the sofa in Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app.

Or, if you prefer, you can visit a branch or call us on 0330 9 123 123. We’re available over the phone Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm. Saturday 8am to 6pm. Sunday 9am to 6pm.
