(FCA Complaints Data - 01 January 2018 to 30 June 2018)
In line with the FCA complaints data reporting requirements, figures published today by Santander UK reveal there were 193,984 complaints received by the bank during the first half of 2018. This is a 5.6 per cent increase on the number reported for the second half of 2017. This increase is mainly driven by an uplift in banking related complaints.
