Lasting Power of Attorney
Appointing a Lasting Power of Attorney means someone else can make decisions about your welfare, money or property if illness or incapacity prevents you from doing so. Getting things in place now allows you to choose someone you trust to protect your wellbeing in the future.
There are different Lasting Power of Attorney options available. Hugh James can talk you through all of them. Prices start at £250 for a single Lasting Power of Attorney. Santander doesn’t receive commission from Hugh James for this service.
