Register your device
Open and log on to Mobile Business Banking. You’ll need to have the most up-to-date version of the app.
In the app, we’ll ask you to finish registering your device by sending you a One Time Passcode (OTP).
Check your details are correct and tap ‘Continue’. We’ll then send an OTP to the mobile phone that’s registered to your account.
If the number that’s registered to your account is incorrect, tap ‘Change your number’. You’ll need to make sure the number is right so you can get your OTP.
Enter your OTP and tap ‘Continue’. Never share an OTP with another person, not even a Santander employee.
Your device will now complete the registration process to register the app.
Registration is complete when you see the message ‘Use Face ID/Touch ID/Biometrics to log on’. If you don’t use any of these, then you can just log on as you normally would using your existing details.
