We want our sourcing process to be efficient and intuitive. When working with us, suppliers will be asked to use Globality, a platform which helps us automate our sourcing process. Suppliers will be asked to join Globality by our Aquanima team when a request for proposal is active.
The FSQS helps us standardise and manage our requests for compliance and assurance data from our suppliers.
Our sourcing specialists use the system to find suppliers that are already qualified, for new business.

Please note, FSQS charges a fee based on the size of the company (participation for Small and Micro sized suppliers is free). This should be covered in full by the supplier.
Registering for the SAP Business Network means you can see the status of your purchase order and invoice in real time. You'll also be able to see and change the company information that we have on file for you.
When you become one of our suppliers, we'll send you an invitation for a free SAP Business Network account.
You can also use SAP to fill out our risk questionnaires.
All suppliers will need to provide us with a credible ESG scorecard from a reputable third party using our ESG assessment tool, EcoVadis.
Suppliers must use EcoVadis to fill out a questionnaire about their business for the scorecard to be created.
EcoVadis charges a fee based on the size of the company and the plan selected. This should be fully covered by the supplier. Find our more by going to our Helpful links.
We expect all suppliers to do a reassessment annually using EcoVadis. This includes updated metrics (metrics of primary importance include GHG emissions).
