Santander has today (1 September) announced the launch of a 15% cashback offer on all new annual travel insurance policies taken out before 31 October 2022.
Santander customers can also benefit from a further 30% online discount and Santander World Elite Mastercard customers can enjoy a 40% online discount.
The cashback amount is calculated on the total premium paid (after any discount has been applied), including any optional extras customers may have purchased and insurance premium tax.
To qualify for the cashback, the policy must still be active on 28 February 2023. The cashback will be paid on or around this date.
Santander Travel Insurance provides:
• Moneyfacts 5 star rated cover for quality;
• European or Worldwide cover (excluding Cuba);
• Option to choose an annual multi-trip or single trip policy; and
• Individual, couple or family cover.

Only one cashback payment will be made per policy and will be to the main policyholder.
Existing Santander current account customers will receive the cashback directly into their account. Where customers do not have a Santander current account, the main policy holder will receive a cheque.
