Exeter-based Trinity Fire and Security Systems Ltd, a leading provider of Life Safety and Security Systems, is expanding its workforce following a working capital funding package of £1.75 million from Santander Corporate & Commercial.
Established in Exeter in 1997, Trinity Fire and Security Systems has grown to become one of the UK’s leading independent fire and security system suppliers and integrators. The company remains privately owned and is a member of the Fire Industry Association (FIA) The focus of the company is to provide a first class service to all clients through national coverage and local delivery.
Over the past 12 months, the company has grown from 245 employees to over 320 across their eight regional centres and has produced an annual turnover of over £28 million. Notable clients of the company include Heathrow Airport, where they have a five year maintenance contract worth in excess of £15 million, Warwick University, and Selfridges, where Trinity are responsible for the maintenance of fire and life safety systems.
Trinity has been a client of Santander for the past 2 years, and the bank has already supported growth in employment and assisted the firm as they take on larger contracts. The funding is allowing Trinity to continue its strong growth and increase its workforce by hiring 65 new employees, including 10 apprentices, across the UK. The new employees will be working across the country in a number of positions from engineers to office staff.
