Santander UK has been awarded Top Employer status in the UK for the fifth year running.
The international research undertaken annually by the Top Employers Institute recognises organisations that have dedicated themselves to providing the very best working environment for employees through their progressive ‘people-first’ HR practices.
The Top Employers Institute undertook a stringent research process assessing Santander’s employee offering against a number of criteria including: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career & Succession Management and Culture.
