Santander UK has today reduced fixed rates on select purchase mortgages.
The full list of new rates can be found online here. The rate changes include:
- 60% LTV two year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with a £999 product fee is now priced at 4.10%, down from 4.55%.
- 75% LTV two year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with a £999 product fee is now priced at 4.15%, down from 4.60%.
- 85% LTV two year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with a £999 product fee is now priced at 4.52%, down from 4.79%.
Examples of five year fixed rates that have been reduced include:
- 60% LTV five year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with no product fee is now priced at 4.14%, down from 4.34%.
- 75% LTV five year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with no product fee is now priced at 4.19%, down from 4.45%.
- 85% LTV five year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with no product fee is now priced at 4.24%, down from 4.54%.
