Santander Mortgages is helping first-time buyers’ budgets today (24 May 2022) with the launch of a range of fixed rate mortgage products offering £500 cashback.
The new deals come with no purchase fee and a free standard valuation1 alongside the £500 cashback, giving first-time buyers some extra money in the kitty - whether that’s to put away for a rainy day or to help with doing up their new home.
The new products include:
- 85% LTV 2year fixed rate at 2.64% with a £999 fee – with £500 cashback
- 85% LTV 2year fixed rate at 2.94% with a £0 fee – with £500 cashback
- 85% LTV 5year fixed rate at 2.79% with a £999 fee - £500 cashback
- 85% LTV 5year fixed rate at 2.99% with a £0 fee - £500 cashback
- 90% LTV 2year fixed rate at 2.69% with a £999 fee - £500 cashback
- 90% LTV 2year fixed rate at 2.99% with a £0 fee - £500 cashback
- 90% LTV 5year fixed rate at 2.84% with a £999 fee - £500 cashback
- 90% LTV 5year fixed rate at 3.04% with a £0 fee - £500 cashback
