  2. If you’re happy with the quote, Octopus Energy will take a fully refundable £500 deposit, arrange a survey and review of your property before giving you a date for your installation.
  3. We’ll confirm to Octopus Energy that you’re eligible for their £500 discount. The £500 is then taken off the final price of your installation.
  4. Once the installation’s all done, you’ll just need to pay the remaining balance to Octopus Energy.

Free Energy Performance Certificate from Vibrant

Santander mortgage or personal current account customers can get a free Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment and EPC Plus report. As well as being able to use their EPC Plus service to carry out any home improvements. Terms and conditions apply. Offer can be withdrawn at any time.

 

Why choose Vibrant?

  • Get a free Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and EPC Plus home energy report from Vibrant. This report gives you guidance on upgrade work for your property.
  • Vibrant’s EPC Plus service gives you access to verified suppliers and installers who can carry out your home improvements. Vibrant will project manage these works for you.
  1. Visit Vibrant and fill in your information to arrange your free in-home EPC assessment. The in-home assessment takes about 20-30 minutes.
  2. You’ll get a free EPC and a digital EPC Plus report highlighting energy-efficient recommendations for your home.
  3. Vibrant will call you to talk about discuss the report and see if you want to go ahead with any no-obligation quotes for the work and arrange a start date using their EPC Plus service. 
  4. Once the work’s finished, Vibrant will arrange your free post-installation EPC assessment and give you an updated EPC.

Santander customers could get 35% off the cost of a tado smart thermostat and other products through My Home Manager on the Mobile Banking app. Wherever you are, use your phone  to take control of your energy use. Offer ends 18 June 2024.

  •  The tado app is simple and easy to set up and use.
  • With Geofencing, set your home to heat up for when you get back or choose a temperature for when you’re away. 
  • Create individual Smart Schedules for your thermostat through the app so you can enjoy the perfect temperature in every room
  1. Log on to our Mobile Banking app and tap on ‘More options’ on your home screen or tap on ‘Menu’ in the top right to find My Home Manager.
  2. If you have a Santander mortgage you can also access it by tapping on your mortgage and then choose ‘My Home Manager’ .
  3. Then click on the tado button to buy your chosen product and the discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
