Birds of Derby is a family owned business with a long heritage having first been established in 1919. Birds is a traditional bakery, producing sweet and savoury baked goods which it distributes to its network of 60+ shops across the North Midlands.
Santander has worked closely with Birds of Derby for many years, so when their payments needs changed and they needed expert support, Santander introduced Elavon. The Birds team is now updating its in-store payment terminals, upgrading the website and is in discussions about moving its eCommerce payments to Elavon.
