  • Statement requests and changes to your statement delivery

  • Report lost or stolen cards, or order replacements

We aim to deal with requests immediately, but where we can’t resolve a query straight away, the Client Services will take complete ownership through to resolution of your query, making sure you are always kept fully informed.
