With our UK-based team on hand 8am-8pm weekdays and 8am-2pm on Saturdays, it's easy to fit your banking in around your business with Telephone Banking.
- Get answers to any queries you might have about your accounts.
- Transfer money.
- Check your balance.
- Order a statement.
- Set up or cancel standing orders and Direct Debits.
- Order a new card or PIN.
- Pay bills.
You’ll just need your Customer ID and Security Number to use this service. If you’ve forgotten these details, please speak to a member of staff.
If you have a debit card, you can use Telephone Banking now by entering the 16-digit number on your card and your date of birth, or contact us
Using Telephone Banking is easy
When you call we'll ask you to enter your Business ID and Telephone Banking Number or your 16-digit card number and your date of birth. Then simply follow the instructions to do your banking.
